At GRUPO CARPINSER we combine the professionalism of Artisanal Nautical Carpentry, transmitted from one generation to another, making use of cutting-edge technology, and the best equipment so that you can always carry out the maintenance of your boat as if it were a single piece.

In order to adjust to the new requirements, both legal and future, GRUPO CARPINSER decided to implement a Management System based on the requirements established in the UNE-EN ISO 9001 and UNE EN ISO 14001 standards, the scope of which is:

Boat maintenance and repair service: carpentry, riverside carpentry (Mestre d’aixa), painting and metalwork.

All this in the autonomous community of the Balearic Islands, in order to achieve and maintain the following objectives:

• Configure and equip the structure of the Organization in the documentary, technical, productive and administrative aspects in order to ensure compliance with the requirements of the interested parties and the continuous improvement of the management system.
• To guide the Organization’s activity to achieve the highest possible degree of customer satisfaction, ensuring compliance with the procedures, rules and regulations applicable in each case.
• Make an effort for the sustainable use of the resources it uses, promoting the efficient use of them and the practice of recycling waste, managing it in a more environmentally friendly way.
• Prevent pollution through the implementation of appropriate and feasible organizational and technological measures within the framework of available resources.
